Snake
Snake

What captivates us is that which is special, scarce and different. Amongst a heap of opaque stones, there'll be the glittering one... and amongst a heap of glittering stones, the small opaque stone or miniscule shard of glass washed over the time the one that seems suggestive to us, the jewel.

When looking at the materials available to me, I was tempted by the idea of making an enormous snake, with glass eyes, to wear round ones' neck, as though a modern primitive man carrying a symbol of power about him. In this way, the rigid silver necklace emerged, circular in shape, where the rigidity is as important as the circular element, and the fact of it having head and feet, that's to say a beginning and an end, turns the snake into a cycle of time.
